Supervising Research Papers and Theses

The earlier, the better:

The sooner you discuss your ideas with your potential supervisors, the more promising will the academic writing process be for you.

Supervising Theses

We are happy to supervise Bachelor's, Master's and PhD Theses in the fields of Cognitive and Empirical Literary Studies. From Cognitive Narratolology via Reader-Response Theory to Empirical Studies and beyond, everything is possible. Just get in touch with any of the ACCELS members and we will find the most suitable supervisors for you. We particularly encourage PhD students to come to Aachen for research on Cognitive and Empirical Literary studies. You will find a unique research environment; not to mention the nice fellow students and teaching staff.
