Our Team
The ACCELS Team
The ACCELS Team consists of the English Literature scholars of the Institute for English, American, and Romance Studies at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of RWTH Aachen University that share a research and teaching profile in cognitive and empirical literary studies. Professors, lecturers, PhD candidates and, of course, students work on projects that contribute individual results to the overall aim of researching the conditions, processes and effects of literary reading. We entertain close co-operations with researchers in linguistics and cognitive semiotics, and we are always open for further external co-operations.
