Katja Warstat-Willms


Research and Teaching Assistant at the Chair of English Literary Studies


Katja Warstat-Willms has been a research assistant at the Chair of English Literature at the Institute of English, American, and Romance Studies at RWTH Aachen University since 2023. In addition to a master's degree in Literature and Media Practices and German Studies at the University of Duisburg-Essen, she holds a Master of Arts in Cognitive, Digital, and Empirical English Studies from RWTH Aachen University. Her research interests include cognitive literary studies, especially extended and distributed cognition; film and game studies; non-human perspectives, especially in the context of human-robot interactions; empirical literary studies; contemporary literature and speculative fiction.
